Product Introduction

The combined air conditioning unit is an air treatment equipment composed of various air treatment functional sections. It is suitable for air conditioning systems with resistance greater than 100 Pa. The air treatment functional sections of the unit include air mixing, equalization, filtration, cooling, primary and secondary heating, dehumidification, humidification, supply fan, return fan, water spraying, noise reduction, heat recovery, etc. units.

Specifications & Parameters

    The air volume of the combined air conditioning unit ranges from 3500 m3/h to 200,000 m3/h, with a total of 30 different specifications and 12 different functional sections available for users to freely choose and combine.

Fresh air return air mixing section:

1. The position of the new return air outlet should be set according to the design requirements at the end, top, or each side surface. If it is inconsistent with the sample, the specific opening position should be provided. On the new return air outlet, a regulating valve can be installed. The actuator has three types: manual, electric, and pneumatic. The user can choose any one.

2. Filtration section There are two types of primary and intermediate filtration. It is equipped with rhombic bag type and four-peak bag type, and it can also be equipped with automatic winding type. The filter material is high-quality polyester non-woven fabric, and a quick assembly and disassembly mechanism for the filter is used, as well as a pressure cover display and alarm device.

Fresh air exhaust air section:

(Also called flat-top air distribution mixing section) This section of the box body is equipped with a primary return air valve. Before and after the valve, there are two rows of air outlets and new air outlets on the top of the box, and a regulating valve is also equipped. Its function is: when there is an exhaust fan, it supplies part of the return air to the air conditioner to mix the fresh air with the primary return air in the required proportion; when the transitional season adopts a direct current system, the primary return air valve should be closed, the exhaust air valve and the new air valve should be fully opened.

Energy recovery section:

It is used for cross air distribution mixing and exhaust energy recovery in the double fan system. This section of the box body is equipped with a primary return air valve. The top is an energy recovery device, which is a device that uses the cold (hot) of the exhaust air to indirectly cool (heat) the fresh air. The fresh air passes through a plate-type energy recovery device, and about 60% of the sensible heat energy of the exhaust air can be recovered. At the same time, the exhaust air and the fresh air do not directly contact, which is particularly suitable for energy recovery in the direct current air conditioning system for eliminating indoor harmful gases. When used as a direct current system, the primary return air valve should be closed, and in places with toxic gases, a separate exhaust system should be set, and this section should not be used.

Intermediate section (Maintenance section):

This section serves as a transitional section for connection and internal maintenance lighting of the unit. Before the filtration section, the air conditioning section, heating section, and noise reduction section all need to have an intermediate section.

Secondary return air section

This intermediate section is used for connecting the secondary return air pipe. A regulating valve can be set on the top, and it is equipped with manual, electric, or pneumatic regulating mechanisms, which can be chosen by the user. This section can also be combined with the supply fan section.

Air conditioning section:

The air conditioner uses a copper tube structure with aluminum foil in four, six, or eight rows. The aluminum foil is in a double-flanged corrugated form. The large bend pipe heat exchanger reduces 60% of the welded elbows, improving the heat exchange power. The advanced mechanical expansion tube form ensures the contact performance of the heat exchanger. This heat exchanger is divided into fixed type and rotating type, and the user can choose one according to needs. The heat medium uses steam or hot water.
