Product Introduction

The air-cooled screw compressor is an industrial refrigeration equipment that uses a screw compressor. It achieves the refrigeration cycle through air cooling. Its core components include an efficient screw compressor, copper tube condenser and evaporator, and it features a small size, low noise and high energy efficiency.

Working Principle
The air-cooled screw chiller operates based on the refrigeration cycle and consists of four key steps:
Compression: The refrigerant enters the screw compressor and is compressed into a hot and high-pressure gas;
Condensation: The hot gas passes through the air-cooled radiator to release heat and turns into a liquid state;
Expansion: The liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve and is depressurized to a low-temperature and low-pressure state;
Evaporation: The low-temperature refrigerant absorbs heat (such as from cooling water) in the evaporator, evaporates and then re-enters the compressor cycle.

Efficient Energy Saving: Utilizing a twin-screw 5:6 toothed compressor, the energy efficiency ratio can reach 5.1 (in low-temperature conditions);
Stable and Reliable: Equipped with a double-layer oil separation system and multiple safety protections (such as high and low pressure protection, motor overheating protection);
Environmentally Friendly Adaptability: Supports environmentally friendly refrigerants like R22/R134a/R407c;
Intelligent Control: Equipped with a PLC system for remote monitoring and capacity adjustment (four-stage/stepless adjustment).
Application scenarios
It is widely used in business hotels, large shopping malls, hospitals, industrial cooling, and low-temperature freezing, etc. It can ensure stable operation within an environmental temperature range of -10℃ to 45℃.
